Scrapin joins Reverse Contact
Over the past few years, both Scrapin and Reverse Contact teams have worked on similar B2B identity resolution solutions. A promise that has been fulfilled for both thanks to our customers' continuous feedback to make the product as good as possible.
For several months, the Scrapin team has been discussing with Reverse Contact a potential merger of both solutions in order to offer a high-level B2B Identity Resolution platform to all our customers. We are delighted to let you know that this time has come: Scrapin has joined Reverse Contact. The best of both worlds comes together and you'll be able to enjoy it very soon.
Let's dig into what's evolving, what stays the same and what you can explore if you choose to.
Reverse Contact: the B2B Identity Resolution platform
Reverse Contact is a B2B Identity Resolution platform built for products and workflows. Its core principle: turn emails, names, domains and social URLs into clean, structured people and company profiles, with strict matching, predictable schemas and compliance by design.
The platform covers professional profile enrichment with filters by role, seniority and department, company data normalization, activity signal tracking to power your automations and hiring signal monitoring to detect intent and growth.
By the end of the month, the Scrapin brand and interface will transition to Reverse Contact. The name changes, the dashboard changes, the visual environment you work in changes. It's a major shift in terms of user experience.
Your Scrapin production API remains fully operational
The good news is that the technical layer you've built your integrations on remains fully intact. Your current API endpoints continue to respond. Your calls work identically. Your code stays in place, your stack stays stable. Real-time data retrieval doesn't change either: live enrichment requests keep returning fresh results with the same speed and the same logic you're used to.
What's evolving is the interface that has been entirely redesigned to be clearer and more complete. Beyond the new interface, Reverse Contact opens up new ways to retrieve data that complement the solutions you already use.
In short: everything you've built on Scrapin continues to work. Real-time capabilities included. You get your data, your performance and your integrations in an improved environment, with additional capabilities available whenever you need them.
A simplified credit system for better clarity
The credit system is also evolving. Until now, some operations could cost a fraction of a credit. With the transition to Reverse Contact, the credit system is being rebalanced so that every operation costs a round number of credits. No more half credits, no more decimal values.
To make this possible, all credits currently held in your account, as well as any credits purchased going forward, will be multiplied by two. This means there is no change in value or purchasing power: you keep the exact same capacity. It's simply a rebalancing designed to give you better visibility on the credits you consume.
A redesigned interface to save you time
The concrete change you'll notice is the dashboard. The Scrapin interface evolves into a new Reverse Contact dashboard. This is far more than a visual refresh. The interface has been rebuilt to address the most frequent user feedback. The goal is to free up time on management tasks so you can focus on putting your data to work.
Stronger security and compliance
The GDPR and CCPA compliance you know from Scrapin is fully preserved in Reverse Contact. Beyond that foundation, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are currently in progress. They will strengthen the compliance framework for organizations that require these standards in their vendor qualification process.
Your integrations are running. Your live data is there. Your performance is on track.
Migration window
The migration from Scrapin to Reverse Contact will take place on Sunday, March 22nd from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CET, Paris time).
During this window, all services including the API, the dashboard and any data retrieval will be unavailable. We chose a Sunday to minimize disruption to your workflows. Once the migration is complete, everything will be back online under Reverse Contact.
